This may be the first year I don’t buy an Entertainment Book. We so rarely go out to eat, go the movies, etc. anymore that I’m not sure the savings justify the cost.
But then again, $13 is pretty cheap.
You can preview discounts from the ‘10 Richmond book here. Coupons are good until 11/1/10.
Here’s how it you get this deal:
Shop Entertainment.com through a cash-back rewards site. (If you buy anything online, you should definitely be using these – receive a percentage of cash back on things you buy just by clicking through from the cash-back site to the merchant’s site.) The best possible reward right now is with FatWallet – $7 cash back when you buy an Entertainment Book. 30% back through Mr. Rebates is pretty good too, and Ebates has $6 back.
This week, through 12/14, all Entertainment books are on sale from Entertainment.com for $19.99 with free shipping.
So you’ll pay $19.99 up front and receive $7 in your Fat Wallet account* for a net cost of $12.99 – - 63% off the $35 “retail” price for Richmond Entertainment books.
(*You can request payment as a check after 90 days, with an account balance of $10 or higher)
