CenterStage Lights Up! Youth Open House

Online registration opens today –

    On Saturday, March 22, Richmond CenterStage and Genworth will present Genworth Lights Up! Youth Open House, as part of our 2013-14 Bring the Kids Family Series. The event will feature more than 40 FREE workshops, lecture-demonstration and performances for children and youth from toddler to 18 years old! The excitement starts at noon and carries on until 5 p.m.!

    Take part in dance, music, theater, and visual arts workshops provided by individual artists, our resident companies, and other area arts organizations including Virginia Repertory Theatre, Latin Ballet of Virginia, Richmond Ballet, Richmond Symphony, SPARC, Pan Jan steel drum performer, Elegba Folklore Society, Henley Street Theatre Company/Richmond Shakespeare, musician Brenda Johnson and Art 180.

    Performances by Latin Ballet of Virginia, Richmond Ballet’s Team XXL, SPARC, Virginia Repertory Theatre, and Silly Bus. Limited online pre-registration runs on Monday, March 17th through Thursday, March 20. Onsite registration begins at 10:30 a.m. on event day (March 22nd)! There’s something for everyone so join us for our 3rd bi-annual Genworth Lights Up! Youth Open House.
