I was excited to read today’s Richmond Biz Sense feature article “Massive outlet mall is no fish story.”
Plans for a 375,000-square-foot outlet mall near Bass Pro Shops in Hanover are moving forward, with the developer Craig Realty Group purchasing 43 acres at at the northeast corner of the intersection of Lewistown Road and Lakeridge Parkway just off Interstate 95 and stating it hoped to break ground on the first phases within a year. The current project stage involves getting approval from the county and pre-leasing spaces.
