Henrico County Division of Police will be holding a rabies clinic this Saturday from 8am to 1 pm at gate 4 of Richmond International Raceway. Get your cat or dog vaccinated for just $8 (cash only). On Monday, August 16 from 4-7pm, the Richmond SPCA will run a Microchip Clinic, with a $20 fee covering the chip implantation and lifetime registration with 24PetWatch database.
