Tomorrow, March 20, being the first day of spring, Rita’s Water Ice is giving away a free regular cup of ice to every guest from noon til 10pm. I haven’t been to Rita’s or even heard of it before, but according to the website, there are locations in the southside of Richmond – Midlothian (13826 Village Place Dr) and Chesterfield (13918 Hull Street Rd).
