Yup, Whole Foods has been in Richmond a whole year. This Saturday Sept 5, from 10am to 6pm, the store will be celebrating its first anniversary with a day of free cake, live music, hot dog eating contest, bread-making for children, and a shopping spree winner attempting to stuff a shopping cart in 365 seconds.

10:00 a.m. Watch the winner of our Shopping Spree contest grab as many 365 Everyday Value brand products as possible in 365 seconds.

11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Enjoy a piece of anniversary cake while listening to some great live music.

11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Half Pint Kids Club Drop-In. We are going to re-create our first ever Half Pints Kids Club by making Challah bread and honey butter. Free. No registration required.

2:00 p.m. Hot Dog Eating Contest. Watch our Team Member contestants eat as many dogs as they can in three minutes!

11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. We’ll be grilling hot dogs outside and selling them to raise money for the Center for Rural Culture.
