Shockoe Tomato Festival
11am to 5pm at the 17th Street Farmer’s Market downtown
In glorious plentitude, you’ll find tomatoes in every conceivable form! Fresh from the vine, our market vendors will include farmers, artists, crafters, bakers and more! There will also be live entertainment, tomato-themed children’s activities, plus the ever-juicy “Tastiest Tomato Contest” where professional & backyard gardeners alike compete for top tomato honors. Also, no Shockoe Tomato Festival would be complete without the beloved “Hot Tomato” talent contest!
